MVD Sports of Ashland, Ohio would like to announce the Bill Van
Dine Memorial Tournament.  Bill Van Dine held a distinction that
will never be eclipsed.  For nine consecutive years (1961-1969)
he was the tournament director of the International Softball
Congress World Tournament when the event was held in Rock Island,
Illinois.  He also served the ISC as Florida Area Commissioner
from 1989-1993.  He was inducted into the ISC Hall of Fame in
1992. 
 
Tournament will be held July 29-30 at Brookside Park in Ashland,
Ohio.  Same park Bill kept score and announced for the legendary
Faultless Rubbermen.
 
This tournament would be a great opportunity to get some games
in before the men's major the following week in South Bend, IN.
