Hustle Hog's Spotlight (week Two)

DeKalb, Il.


This week's spotlight features Tommy Crouch, Chad Crutcher and
Dave Liddick

Tommy Crouch (SS) Crouch is the career leader in Hits, Home Runs,and
 RBI for the Hogs.  Last year, Crouch led the team in  Doubles,
HR's,  RBI, OBA, and Total Bases.  Manager Matt Smith says that,
"Tom's positive attitude and excellent skills make him the leader
of the Hogs."  

Chad Crutcher (2B) Crutcher led he team in runs scored in 2005.
 Chad has been one of the most improved players on the Hogs'
roster over the last couple of seasons.  His exceptional speed
and a sure glove up the middle makes him one of the top players
on the Hogs' roster..  

Dave Liddick (C/OF) Liddick improved with every pitch after his
first year of fastball last season.  Liddick has excellent speed
and developed himself in the Aurora Fall Development League into
a solid catcher.  Dave has the potential to be a .300 hitter
becuase of his speed and quick bat.

The Hogs open the 2006 season with a pair of Doubleheaders on
April 29th and April 30th in Cortland, Illinois against Sycamore
and The Creative DJ's.
