Easy win puts Aussies focus towards USA
 
Australia scored a massive 12-0 win over Great Britain at the 2006 US World Cup in Oklahoma today. 
 
The Aussie top order bats converted early hits to runs with Kate Quigley, Stacey Porter and Sandra Allen all coming home in the bottom of the first. 
 
The Aussie bats were at it again in the bottom of the second with six bats scoring. Porter was first home followed by Quigley, Danica Howlett, Sandra Allen, Danielle Stewart and Amanda Doman. 
 
Howlett scored her second with a home run in the third with Doman and Stewart scoring in the fourth taking the game to a 12-0 lead. 
 
The Australian pitchers Kelly Gentle and Catherine Bishop held the Great Britain bats giving only one hit and taking it to a five inning game with the run-ahead rule. 
Australia plays the USA, the current world champions, tomorrow at 2.00am (AEST).
