The Thomson Area Merchants are looking for extra players that
may be interested  in joining our team for the 2007 season. 2006
was our first full season of competition and we are now looking
for extra players to help strengthen our team for next season.
We have already secured a birth for the main ISC World Tournament
in Kitchener, due to our victory in the Northern Illinois Travel
League, so we will be playing a full and competitive schedule
in 2007 in preparation for this tournament.
 
We are interested in any players from the Illinois, Iowa or Wisconsin
regions who may be interested in joining our team on a full time
basis.  Like this year when we had 2 international players on
our roster, we are also interested in hearing from any international
players (Canada, New Zealand, Argentina, Australia etc ) who
are keen to come live in Illinois for the summer. We can offer
some support for travel, accommodation and employment so don't
hesitate to make contact. We are particularly interested in hearing
from any pitchers that may be without a team for 2007 or who
want to play top level ball.
 
Our desired schedule includes :
 
Memorial Day Tournament - Walcott
Grafmeier Tournament - Kimberly
Albaugh Tournament - Elkhart
AFSA Classic - Aurora
Farm Tournament - Middleton
ASA Majors - South Bend
ISC World Tournament - Kitchener
Plus our participation in the Northern Illinois ISC Travel League
and the Iowa area ISC Qualifier in Walcott.
