Jarvis, Ontario

 

The Jarvis Merchants executive have finalized the schedulefor
the Merchants Fastball Challenge to be held on the Victoria Day
weekend(May 18th to 21st).


A total of eleven teams will participate in this year’stournament.
 Five on the Senior side and six on the Intermediateside.  Games
will start on Friday evening at 7pm and continue on Saturday,Sunday
and Monday starting at 10am.  

 
The Senior championship will be played at 2pm on Sunday andthe
Intermediate final will start at 2pm on Monday.


Teams entered in the senior tournament are the Scarborough Wolverines,
Scarborough Royal Jr’s, Niagara Snappers, Frankenmouth/Midland
and the host Merchants.


The teams entered in the Intermediate side of the tournamentare
the Jarvis Rock, Caledonia Sox, Cayuga Rebels, Fisherville A’s,Simcoe
Jr’s and Ohsweeken Redmen.


Senior Schedule:


Friday:

9pm – Jarvis Merchants vs Scarborough Royals

9pm – Scarborough Wolverines vs Frankenmouth

 

Saturday:

10am – Niagara Snappers vs Frankenmouth

10am – Jarvis Merchants vs Scarborough Wolverines

Noon – Niagara Snappers vs Scarborough Royals

2pm - Scarborough Royals vs Scarborough Wolverines

4pm – Jarvis Merchants vs Frankenmouth

6pm – Niagara Snappers vs Scarborough Wolverines

8pm – Frankenmouth vs Scarborough Royals

 

Sunday:

10am – Jarvis Merchants vs Niagara Snappers

Noon – Semi-Final #1 (1st seed vs 4thseed)

Noon – Semi-final #2 (2nd seed vs 3rdseed) 

2pm – Finals 

 

Intermediate Schedule:

Friday:

7pm – Jarvis vs Caledonia

7pm – Fisherville vs Cayuga

 

Saturday: 

Noon – Simcoe Jr’s vs Ohsweeken

2pm – Jarvis vs Cayuga

4pm – Fisherville vs Ohsweeken

6pm – Simcoe Jr’s vs Caledonia

 

Sunday:

4pm – Simcoe Jr’s vs Cayuga

4pm – Jarvis vs Ohsweeken

6pm – Fisherville vs Caledonia

 

Monday:

10am – Quarter Finals on both diamonds

Noon – Semi-finals on both diamonds

2pm – Finals
