The Ontario Amateur Softball Association is in the process of
planning the Senior, Intermediate and Masters tournaments for
this season.  The Senior and Intermediate Elimination tournament
is scheduled for August 3, 4, 5 in St. Thomas.  The Intermediate
B & C championship will take place in Keswick on September 1st
and 2nd.  The Masters championship is scheduled for July 21,
22 in Cobourg.  Due to a shortage of Intermediate teams and several
late inquiries the O.A.S.A. has decided to extend the affiliation
date to June 30, 2007.  Any teams that want to affiliate and
participate in these O.A.S.A. championships must do so by extended
deadline.  

 

The prize money for the Intermediate Elimination tournament will
be based on the number of teams participating with the top four
teams awarded prize money in order of finish.  

 

The roster certification deadline date will remain unchanged
at July 10, 2007.  

 

I will gladly respond to any questions regarding the affiliation
extension.
