Blue Jays Troy Glaus Provides Generous Donation

 

This year the ladies of the International Softball Congress (ISC)
and the Kitchener Tournament Committee have teamed up to be able
to raffle a Luxury Suite at Rogers Stadium compliments of Toronto
Blue Jays third basement Troy Glaus and his wife Ann.  

 

The behind home plate suite seats sixteen and there will be six
lucky winners for eight seats each to watch the Blue Jays play
the Seattle Mariners on August 31st, September 1st and September
2nd.

 

The tickets will be $3.00 each or two for $5.00.  You can get
your chance to win at Peter Hallman Ball Yard in the souvenir
tent, Donna's Diner concession stand or the tournament office
during the event.  Tickets will also be available at Budd Park.

 

The draw also includes a chance to win the very popular fastball
tee shirt quilt that is made by the ISC treasurer’s daughter
who started making the quilts as therapy when she lost her mother,
a dedicated ISC wife, to cancer in 2003. 

 

Raffle proceeds will benefit various Waterloo Region Children’s
Charities.

 

The drawings will be made on Championship Saturday, August 18.
 Winners need not be present.
