ERICA DEWEY NAMED OCAA ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Erica Dewey named OCAA Athlete of the Week

Congratulations to Durham College women’s fastball player Erica
Dewey who has been named the EncryptStick Ontario Colleges Athletic
Association athlete of the week.

Dewey, a third year sport management student, tied the OCAA record
for most RBI’s in a game (6) in the Lords 19-0 season opening
win over Seneca College. Dewey went 3-for-3 at the plate with
two home runs, six RBI’s and four runs scored. She also added
a run and an RBI in the Lords 11-1 win in their home opener against
St. Clair College.

Fastball fans will be packing Durham Field on campus over the
weekend as the Lords host the CAN-AM classic, set to take place
on Saturday and Sunday.

Each OCAA athlete of the week will receive one EncryptStick encrypted
USB flash drive.
