CAN-AM Classic – Day Two Update

OSHAWA, Ont. – The Durham College women’s fastball team went
2-0 on day two of the CAN-AM Classic, advancing to the championship
game which is set for Sunday at 2 p.m. Their opponent is still
to be determined as Monroe and Seneca kick off day three action
at 10 a.m., with the winner advancing to the finals.

Durham beat Seneca 6-0 to begin the day and followed that up
with a 2-0 win over Monroe. Lords starters Kayla MacLean and
Kristine Miles shutout their opponents over 14 innings, allowing
zero walks.

Game One: Durham defeated Mohawk 14-1

Saturday, September 25
Game Two: Durham defeated Seneca 6-0
Game Three: Monroe defeated Mohawk 13-0
Game Four: Seneca defeated Mohawk 14-3
Game Five: Durham defeated Monroe 2-0

Sunday, September 26
Game Six: Seneca vs. Monroe (10 a.m.)
Consolation Final: 3rd Place vs. Mohawk (12 p.m.)
Championship Final: Durham vs. 2nd Place (2 p.m.)
