Softball Ontario is looking for Volunteers to help develop future
CSAP Workshops!

NORTH YORK, ONTARIO- Softball Ontario will be developing several
Certified Softball Administrator (CSAP) Workshops over the next
few months.  New workshops will include ‘Volunteer Management’,
‘Special Event Management’, ‘Conflict Management’, ‘Website Development’
and ‘Financial Management’.

Softball Ontario is currently seeking Subject Matter Experts
who will be able to assist us in the development of each of the
workshops.  Workshop content will include:

Volunteer Management 
The Volunteer Management Workshop would likely cover succession
planning, volunteer recognition and retention strategies, and
volunteer screening.
  
Special Event Management 
The Special Event Management Workshop would be designed to guide
volunteers through the process of planning and hosting a special
event.
  
Conflict Management 
The Conflict Management Workshop would introduce conflict management
best practices to Softball Associations, and help them learn
to deal with difficult people within their organization and membership.
  
Website Development 
The Web Site Development Workshop would likely address how to
start up a web site (domain name, hosting, etc), web site development
tools (content management systems), colour & graphics, driving
traffic, types of pages, and more.
  
Financial Management 
The Financial Management Workshop would likely address basic
recordkeeping, controls & reporting, budget forecasting and budget
management. 
Subject Matter Experts will receive an honorarium from Softball
Ontario for their assistance in developing the Workshop, and
will work directly with Participation Committee Members and the
Participation Program Coordinator to develop the Workshop.

the above listed workshops, please send a letter of interest
and resume detailing your relevant experience by December 8,
