Softball Ontario is approaching the end of our three (3) year Ontario
Trillium Foundation Grant.  The Participation Program used the grant in
part to develop the Softball Association Fundamental Excellence (SAFE)
STAR Program, and we would like your help evaluating the program for
our final report.

We would like to hear from all Softball Associations, whether you’re
one of the fifty-five (55) Associations who have enrolled in the SAFE
STAR Program, one of the eleven (11) Associations who have earned a
SAFE STAR Rating, or if your Association has not yet completed a SAFE
STAR Application Form – we want your feedback!

As a token of our appreciating for you helping us to evaluate our
program, participants who complete the Feedback Survey by Tuesday, July
31, 2012 to win great prizes from Softball Ontario, including a choice
of resources with a minimum value of $15.00.  The first 75 people who
fill out the survey (one per Softball Association) will win a prize!
