Last Chance to Participate in Softball Ontario's SAFE STAR Evaluation
Survey
TORONTO, ON - Today is your final chance to participants in Softball
Ontario's SAFE STAR Evaluation Survey, which closes at midnight tonight
(July 31, 2012)!  If you have already submitted your feedback - Thank
You! We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable
feedback.

If you have not yet participated, we would like to hear from all
Softball Associations!  Whether you’re one of the fifty-eight (58)
Associations who have enrolled in the SAFE STAR Program, one of the
eleven (11) Associations who have earned a SAFE STAR Rating, or if your
Association has not yet completed a SAFE STAR Application Form – we
want your feedback!

As a token of our appreciating for you helping us to evaluate our
program, participants who complete the Feedback Survey by midnight
tonight (Tuesday, July 31, 2012) can win great prizes from Softball
Ontario, including a choice of resources with a minimum value of
$15.00.  The first 75 people who fill out the survey (one per Softball
Association) will win a prize!

To ensure you are enrolled in the prize draw, please make sure you fill
