The Jarvis Travelers will be hosting two tournaments the weekend
of June 28th, 2013 through to July 1st, 2013 at the Jarvis Lions
Park located at the intersection of Highway #3 and #6 in Jarvis.

 

Open Division:

The first tournament is an Open Tournament that will start on
Friday June 28th and run through to Sunday June 30th.  We are
looking to run an 8-team tournament that will see the teams separated
into two divisions.  It will be a round robin format that will
finish on Saturday night and conclude with an A and B championship
play-off on Sunday.  Teams will be guaranteed 4 games and the
entry fee has been set at $500.00.

 

Teams confirmed for the Open tournament as for October 1st are
the Jarvis Travelers, NY Gremlins, PA Power and Elmira Erb Electric
Expos.

 

 

Intermediate Division:

In addition, we will be running an Intermediate tournament. 
This will be an 8-team tournament that will have the team separated
into two divisions.  It will be a round robin format that will
start on Friday June 28th and conclude on Monday July 1st.  Teams
will be guaranteed three games and will conclude with an A, B
and C championship play-off on July 1st.  This tournament will
operate using the 2012 NAFA pitchers list and pitchers rated
AA or lower will be allowed to pitch.  Entry fee for the intermediate
division is $400.00.  In order to prevent any confusion on eligibility,
we will ask for roster’s to be submitted for the Intermediate
division.
