Union Storm took control of the St. Thomas league final Sunday night with a 5-1 victory over Glencoe Astors. Ryan Cummings threw a 2 hitter, striking out 11 in his 1st playoff start of 2005. The offense exploded for 4 runs in the top of the 3rd on a bases loaded triple from Chris Wismer and a RBI single from Mark Coleman. Kevin Lynch added a RBI single in the 4th to round out the scoring.

Game three is Tuesday Oct 4th at 8:00pm in Fingal.
