KEATING’S ANNOUNCES 2008 ROSTER
Keating’s Fitness Center from Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania is pleased to announce its 2008 roster and schedule. Keating’s will be looking to improve on last year’s 5th place finish at the Tournament of Champions in Kitchener Ontario.
Keating’s have made some key acquisitions in theoff season. They have picked up Pitchers Mike Crawford (Midland Explorers in2006) and Dave Stokes (Pa. Power). Additionally they have acquired from the Hoffman Rise Catcher Jim Lawrence and Centerfielder Ryan Frank. Keating’s also picked up Shortstop Kelly Dampeer who spent 3 ½ seasons in the Cleveland Indians organization and last year played with GlobalShop.
Returning from last year’s squad will be: Pitchers: Troy Hertzler and Tim Tummins (Selected week-ends). Catcher Mark Smith, Infielders: Frank Keating Jr., Neal Koser, Kevin Smith, Toby Ranck, Scooter Lammey, Brent Moyer, and Matt Thomas. Returning in the outfield will be Justin Stock, Mike Fulton Jr., and Scott Emerich.
