While not an ISC II qualifier, the Dick Tracy Tournament in Roscoe, IL included N/R Team Chicago, who qualified for the 2008 ToC at the DeKalb Icebreaker, #41 Springfield, IL Brandt’s, who will look to earn a ToC berth in Kelso, as well as the #48 DeKalb Hustlehogs, who are also looking for a ToC berth. ISC teams included ISC #18 Aurora, IL Dolan & Murphy and N/R Thomson, IL Area Merchants.
