Brandon Horn delivers game winner
Defending champions Jarvis Travelers of Ontario Canada scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning for a come from behind win over the #1 ranked New York Gremlins, 5-4, with reliever Sean Cleary picking up the win.
Jarvis jumped out to an early lead, scoring three in the first inning, including two on a home run by Brad Rona. Jarvis took at 3-1 lead into the 4th when the Gremlins started to chip away at reliever Paul Koert, notching single runs in the fourth and fifth, then another off reliever Sean Cleary to take the lead 4-3 in the 6th. New York was one out away from a 4-3 with runners at second and third, but Brandon Horn delivered a game winning single, scoring Fred Terkelson and Tyron Bartotillo.
Jarvis will move on to the elimination bracket finale against PA Power, for the right to face Hill United in the 2012 ISC World Tournament title game.
