‘The coaching staff is very excited about this team’ said Men’s National Team Head Coach Don Bates. ‘We have plenty of pitching and hitting depth, very solid defence and great speed. Our goal is to be a very difficult team to play against at the World Championship and to force our opponents to make mistakes.’
Canada’s roster features six players returning from the Bronze medal winning team at the 2009 ISF XII Men’s World Championship held in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, as well as ten players who competed at the VIII Men’s Pan American Championship last month.
