What does it mean for you to represent the United States in softball: It’s a great honor that I’ve had set as a goal for the last seven or eight years. To be able to go out and compete on behalf of my country is something I’ve wanted to do since I watched Team USA compete in Prague on TV
How did you get started in softball? I grew up around the game with my Grandfather and Father both playing. I was able to play at a fairly high level with my Father for a few years before he retired. I remember my first few at bat’s when I was still in high school and it taught me to have a quick swing that really helped me excel in high school baseball
