Another outstanding video from Rhys and Sharon Duncan of Broadcast Arts in New Zealand. This one features, among others, Andrew Kirkpatrick. Some great slow motion on his pitches….the only time he ever looks hittable.

The Rock Chote Classic 2010 Softball Tournament hosted at Warren Freer Park, Auckland 28 November 2010. This promo of the DVD features the Grand Final between Ramblers Men’s Premier team and Northcote. Both teams boast NZ Black Sox players and we were fortunate to get an interview with each of them, Nathan Nukunuku, Brad Rona, Pita Rona & Bobby King.

The all grass field is interesting — a bit like “Fastpitch at Wimbleon”. The zoom lens compresses the distance between the pitcher’s circle and home plate, making it appear that Cheese is throwing from about 30 feet. He’s tough enough from 46…
