Canadian Softball Team Head to Prague for Final Pre-Olympic Tune-up
(Ottawa, ON) The Canadian Womens Softball Team is leaving Canadian soil
for the last time prior to the Olympic Games. The Canadian Softballers
will touch down in Prague, Czech Republic to take on the Netherlands,
Chinese Taipei and the host country from July 29th to August 1st in the
Prague Softball Cup 2004.
We are looking forward to our last leg of Olympic preparation, stated
Head Coach Mike Renney. The Prague Cup will provide us with an ideal
warm-up for Athens in terms of timing and competitive level.
Following the Prague Cup, the team will travel on to Greece for final
preparation before the Olympic Games.
