DAW SON, MACDONALD POWER HITMEN

In Abram Village Tuesday night, Matt Dawson (2-3 with a two run triple) and 
Art MacDonald (2-3 with a double, single and RBI) powered the offense as 
the Kinkora O'Sheas Pub and Eatery Hitmen stretched their win streak to 
10-0 behind the one-hit shutout by Craig Manuel by slamming the Wellington 
Arsenault Sawmill Jacks 11-0.

Wayne Stewart (2-4 with a double and RBI) and Kevin Warren (3-3 with a 
walk, RBI and double) also contributed in the win.

For Wellington, Jon McNeil (1-2) was the only hitter to get a hit off Manuel.

Manuel went five innings, walked one and fanned 10 batters en route to the 
dominating victory. Losing pitcher Shawn Gallant went three innings giving 
up seven runs on eight hits, walking three and striking out five. Jeff 
Richard pitched three innings in relief walking two and allowing four runs 
on five hits.
