Alvinston, ON


       The Alvinston Indians Behind the stellar pitching of Brad Young and 
a Potent Offence led by Scott Mcauleys 4 RBI's on A Double and a HR and 
Solo HR's by Scott Smith and Paul McCart Defeated the Union Storm 7-3 in 
Game 1 of the best of 5 semi final series.

      Game 2 will be Sunday at 2:00 in Alvinston with Games 3 and 4 
Possibly next Wed in Union and Friday in Alvinston.

    In the other Semi final series Glencoe and Highgate are tied 1 game 
apiece with Game 3 being played tonight (Thursday ) In Highgate and Game 4 
next Tuesday in Glencoe.
