KITCHENER, ON

Kitchener Fastball Promotions has made arrangements for 200 suites to be 
reserved at Conestoga Residence and Conference Centre for the OASA Men's 
Senior/Intermediate Eliminations - July 29-August 1, 2005.

A special tournament rate of $69.95 plus applicable taxes provides a suite 
consisting of two double beds, bathroom & a kitchenette (microwave, fridge 
and sink).  All guest suites feature air conditioning, cable television, 
free parking and complimentary local calls.  Other available services & 
features include a complimentary continental breakfast, housekeeping 
service, and common social rooms.

Today we received a request from Conestoga Residence to release a number of 
these rooms.  There is a high demand for rooms that weekend due to the 
Annual International Invitational Minor Soccer Tournament being held the 
same weekend.

It is urgent that teams planning to participate in the OASA Eliminations in 
Kitchener contact Martha Johnstone (Regional Sales Manager) at

as soon as possible to reserve their rooms. A waiting list has already been 
established for the soccer event.  By April 30th KFP will need to consider 
releasing our rooms if interest is not shown by fastball teams.  Don't be 
disappointed!   Please pass this information along to any teams that you 
know may be planning to compete in this tournament.
