Joanne Welby, wife of late ISC President Bob Welby, passed away Thursday, 
September 15.  Details I have received are sketchy but we presume Joanne 
died of the cancer she has battled the past few years.

Arrangements are being handled by Schraeder Funeral Home - 14960 Manchester 
- Ballwin, MO 63011.

Viewing Sunday 4-8 PM at Schraeder Funeral Home.

Funeral Mass Monday 10 AM - St. Joseph Church - Manchester, MO

Bob Welby served the ISC as Missouri Area Commissioner, Southern Vice 
President and President from 1983 - 1999 when he passed away of a sudden 
heart attack.  The Bob Welby Recognition of Services Award is named in his 
honor and memory.

The ISC will send an appropriate floral arrangement.
