There are four teams tied at the top of the points table after two days of 
play in the NZCT Under 19 Girls National Championships at Tauranga Domain, 
Tauranga.

Defending champions Hutt Valley, Hawkes Bay, Auckland and Wellington all 
have a four win one loss record. In results today Hutt Valley were thumped 
by Wellington 15-2 but then bounced back to defeated the previously 
unbeaten Hawkes Bay 14-0.

Round robin play in the tournament continues tomorrow before the top four 
playoffs series starts late tomorrow and continues through to the final day 
of the tournament on Tuesday.

Day 2 Results:
Auckland 4 Horowhenua 2, Hutt Valley 12 Western Bay of Plenty 1, Hawkes Bay 
7 Horowhenua 0, Wellington 15 Hutt Valley 2, Auckland 4 Counties Manukau 3, 
Canterbury 22 Western Bay of Plenty 4 Hutt Valley 14 Hawkes Bay 0, 
Wellington 11 Horowhenua 5, Auckland 7 Canterbury 4, Counties Manukau 12 
Western Bay of Plenty 5.
