Manager Paul Lybeck of the IS Knights of Fargo, North Dakota
is proud to welcome Rick Lang and Brett Bresnahan aboard for
the 2006 season.

  Lang, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, returns to the IS Knights
after playing the 2002 season with them.  He will join the Rob
Schweyer and Sisko Sabate on the Knights pitching staff.

  Lang spent 2005 with Albaugh, Inc. of Elkhart, Iowa.  Prior
to that, he threw with RWP, Inc. of Geneva, Minnesota.  Lang
has also thrown with Junker’s Bar and Grill of North Mankato,
Minnesota and the Sioux Falls (South Dakota) Chiefs during his
career.

  He has earned numerous honors, including being named the MVP
at the 2003 ASA Class A National Championship with the National
Champion Barley Pop A’s of Minot, North Dakota.

  Bresnahan, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, has spent the last several
years promoting the game of mens’ fastpitch through his column
in Let’s Play Softball as well as through his website at www.minnesotafastpitch.com
and other outlets.

  He has worked and traveled with a number of teams on weekends
and to National and World Tournaments the past several years
in various roles and duties.

  Lybeck states that these two valuable assets round out the
Knights roster for the 2006 

season. “Rick gives us both pitching experience and much needed
depth at that position”.

“Brett gives us a dimension we have never had. Public relations
has become a necessity in this age of falling fastpitch awareness.
All one needs to do is look at the value of Zakk Flash to the
Circle Tap team to understand this. Brett’s skills will greatly
enhance the 

IS Knights in many areas”.
