TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Name of tournament
	“Han Chiang 1st International Open 2010”
2. Theme
	Through sport activities, we can bring about the feeling of
sportsmanship and develop a closer relation 	with softball player.

3. Category
	The tournament is classified into two categories.
 	-	Men’s open
	-	Women’s open

		Fee:  	RM 350 for Men’s open
			RM 350 for Women’s open 
	Prize for each category:	1st placing RM 1,000, 
					Runners up trophy.
4. Venue
Softball field at Han Chiang High School Penang, Malaysia.
Game rules and regulations in accordance with International Softball
Federation Regulation.

5. Accommodation
	All participating teams are responsible for their own accommodations
and transportations.

6.  Other Matters 
	The organizing committee reserves the right to make any changes
deem suitable for the tournament. The 	organizer shall not be
responsible for any unforeseen incident that may happen.

7. Conclusion
	We hope to make this tournament a successful event; therefore
we appreciate all the co-operation and 	participation.
