GAME #19
Quyon Flyers 4 Scarborough Wolverines 0 (8 innings)
In a very well played game that seen each team only manage 3 hits during regulation, a play at the plate and the resulting clearing of the benches is what this game will be remembered for. After battling to a 0-0 tie through seven innings, Quyon’s bats came alive in the top of the eighth inning. After taking a 4-0 lead, Quyon runner Joran Graham made no attempt to slide at a play at the play and ran over the catcher. This resulted in both benches clearing and eventually the end of the game as Scarborough, when things had cooled down, did not return for their bat in the bottom of the eighth inning. In all there were 9 ejections, with Graham being suspended for his next game in the tournament. Steve McCord drove in two runs for Quyon.

GAME #22
Ottawa Team Easton 9 Donnaconna Blue Sox 0
In a mercy rule shortened final Ottawa Team Easton pitcher Jeff Murphy tossed a 5 inning perfect game. Murphy received all the support he would need in the first inning. Two walks in the first inning, to Dave Tubman and Dan Jessiman, provided the baserunners for Darryl Butter to drive in two runs with a single. In the second inning, Scott Herriott, with a triple, and Kevin Chevrier, with a single, each drove in a run to make the score 4-0. Team Easton put the game out of reach in the third inning scoring five times to make the score 9-0. Todd Fraser, Scott Herriott and Scott Marion all drove in runs in the inning.
