Heading the field in Midland, Michigan is #3 New York Knights. After knocking off the defending champions TNT on Memorial Day in Linden, NJ, the Knights will be looking to secure a berth to the ToC. The #28th Ranked ISCII Sioux Falls Sox men’s Fastpitch team competed in the Fred Huntimer Invite inSioux Falls, SD over the weekend. The Sox took home the championshipwith a perfect 4-0 record.

Some drama in the bottom of the 7th – Todd Ballard led of with a single, then lead off batter Kory Manns worked the count to 2-2 when Kelowna noticed the bat was “altered” for having too much pine tar. The at-bat was allowed to continue (with a different bat) but Kory struck out. Then Kenny Manns lined into a double play to end the game. Firefighters out.
